A.) Key task the candidate will be doing:
1. Responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual tax compliance. This includes responsibilities for all documentation and support, and researching and understanding of any relevant issues.
2. Manage statutory audits, tax audits and other regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with the relevant local laws and serve as liaison with lawyers, consultants, bankers, auditors etc as necessary.
3. Assist in closing of accounts, audits and preparation of monthly/ quarterly financial, management reports and budgets.
4. Responsible for responding to related tax correspondence – both internal and external stakeholders.
5. Liaising with Bureau of Internal Revenue and Bureau of Customs.
6. Responsible for transfer pricing and cash management.
7. Work closely with business heads and local and corporate Finance team and assisting in the operational needs and reporting requirements.
8. Work with Human Resource for the payroll-related transactions and reconciliations.
9. Work with local finance team on the importation of goods process.
10. Play an active role in ERP, and other necessary process implementations.
11. Experience in process definition, set up and creating SOP

1. Educational qualification:- Bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred CPA
2. No of years of experience:- 3-5 years of tax accounting experience
3. Experience in / Preferred / Personal profile required in Candidate:-
4. Handling audits, Financial and management reports, exposure in ERP system, cost management, Company and tax regulations, procurement and warehouse management.
5. Previous work experience in pharmaceutical business is a plus.
