Job Description
• Deliver consistent performance in sales achievement of the company’s products in the assigned territory
• Implement marketing strategies effectively – choose activities that will fit the needs of each Doctor and achieve brand relevance.
• Carry out seminars and workshop and assist to arrange or hold symposium and congress for doctors
• Develop and maintain close relationships with accounts in the assigned territory, and ensure the company’s products are meeting their requirements where possible
• Achieve market penetration and gain new business through customer engagement that builds Doctors confidence and loyalty to Mega We Care Products.
Requirements:
• Bachelors Degree of any science courses (Pharmacy, Nursing , Physical Therapy, etc)
• Having experience in selling aesthetic/medical devices at least 2 years and strong relationship with key clients and target customers
• Excellent communication skills, good negotiation skill customer oriented attitude and service-minded
• Able to work in a dynamic environment, which requires greater flexibility and adaptability
• Willing to travel 100% of the time within specified territory.
